We've put together a few brief and helpful tips to make your participation as comfortable and effective as possible.

Можешь бежать на улице, в манеже и на беговой дорожке.
Участник, пробежавший больше всех на открытой дистанции, получает в подарок Личную консультацию Леонида Швецова.
10 женщин и 10 мужчин, которые пробежали больше всех на открытой дистанции, получают тренировку в школе бега Швецова в Москве.
Участники, пробежавшие больше всех в своих возрастных группах, получают видеоанализ техники бега за 1000 руб. (вместо 2500 руб.)
Самые быстрые на дистанциях 5, 10 и 21 км получают скидку 15% на любой тариф Курса постановки техники бега.
