We've put together a few brief and helpful tips to make your participation as comfortable and effective as possible.
Регистрация на забег открывается с даты публикации забега. С этой даты можно оформить слот.
Забег проходит с 01 января 2026 г. с 00:00 по 31 января 2026 года до 23:59 (МСК). В этот период можно добавлять отчеты о тренировках.
Принимаются отчеты о тренировках по бегу и ходьбе. Счетчики шагов, круги активности и фотографии беговых дорожек не принимаются.
Скриншот отчета о тренировке должен содержать: дату, дистанцию и время её преодоления.
Принимаются тренировки не старше 3-ех дней на момент публикации.
Дистанцию забега можно преодолеть за несколько пробежек. Минимальный темп неограничен.
В личном зачёте побеждают участники, которые преодолеют дистанцию с наиболее высоким темпом.
В командном зачёте побеждают команды с наибольшей суммарной дистанцией финишёров (членов команды).
