We've put together a few brief and helpful tips to make your participation as comfortable and effective as possible.
Регистрация на забег открывается с даты публикации забега. С этой даты можно оформить слот.
Забег проходит с 24 февраля 2025 г. с 00:00 по 28 февраля 2025 года до 23:59 (МСК). В этот период можно добавлять отчеты о тренировках.
Принимаются отчеты о тренировках по бегу и ходьбе. Принимаются тренировки с 01 февраля 2025 г. включительно.
Скриншот отчета о тренировке должен содержать: дату, дистанцию и время ее преодоления. Счетчики шагов и фотографии беговых дорожек не принимаются.
Темп не ограничен, но помни – средний темп в профиле снижается при добавлении добавлении тренировок с низким темпом.Это влияет на рейтинг.
Соревнование на открытой дистанции. Побеждает тот, кто преодолеет большую дистанцию за время соревнования.
Победителями считаются участники, занявшие 1 место в абсолюте (женщины/мужчины), 1 место в возрастной группе.
Призёрами считаются участники, занявшие 2, 3 места в абсолюте (женщины/мужчины), 2, 3 места в возрастной группе.
